Q: How does quality assurance work for green coffee?

Each batch is checked using defined quality parameters (moisture, defect rate, cup profile). Certified laboratory analyses and sample shipment are possible.

Q: Are there minimum quantities?

The minimum quantity for green coffee is approx. 18 tons (a 20-foot container). Smaller quantities are possible in the specialty area on request.

No. We always supply raw materials by type - this also applies to coffee. This guarantees consistent quality and clear traceability.
