We start with a non-binding initial consultation in which we discuss your requirements and goals. This is followed by a quotation, document comparison and – if agreed – structured project management through to delivery and aftercare. All steps are transparently documented.

This depends on the scope of the project and the type of raw material. As a rule, we require details of the company, the desired quantity and quality as well as some standard documents for import/export. You can find a complete overview under “Documents & requirements”.

Flexibility is part of our way of working. If something changes – whether in terms of quantity, time frame or specifications – we adapt the process together and coordinate the next steps closely with you.

VALIA Brazil offers various payment models – tailored to project size, customer experience and legal framework conditions. In practice, we prefer to work with prepayment models, cash against documents (CAD) or escrow accounts.
Although letters of credit (L/C) are formally possible, they are rarely used in the Brazilian export business, as in practice they are associated with a high level of bureaucracy, long processing times and high costs.

Because we know the Brazilian market, work with reliable sources and structure all processes clearly. Our goal is not just to successfully close a deal, but to build a long-term partnership based on trust.
